INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY :
* In the event of inclement weather (severe storm, pouring rain, and/or lightning in the area of tourist destination), SACO will close and reschedule the tour to ensure the safety of all customers and crews. Reopening of the tour will be determined based on weather alerts and forecasts at the time of closure. * For any rescheduling due to force majeure, SACO is not responsible directly or indirectly for matters relating to rescheduling and any costs incurred as a result of rescheduling.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULE POLICY :
* Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the tour, get no refund but you will get the opportunity to do the tour any other day as scheduled with no extra charge. * Cancellations made one day before the tour, get no refund at all.
