10.30 - Pick up and meeting guide at Sumbawa airport, drive towards Tambora Sanctuary Doro Ncanga
13.00 - 14.00 (Lunch stops off at Alffiah hotel, Labuhan Jambu)
14.00 - 18.00 after lunch, trip continues to Tambora Sanctuary
18.00 - Arrive at Tambora Sanctuary (Overnight)

* In the event of inclement weather (severe storm, pouring rain, and/or lightning in the area of tourist destination), SACO will close and reschedule the tour to ensure the safety of all customers and crews. Reopening of the tour will be determined based on weather alerts and forecasts at the time of closure. * For any rescheduling due to force majeure, SACO is not responsible directly or indirectly for matters relating to rescheduling and any costs incurred as a result of rescheduling. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULE POLICY :
* Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the tour, get no refund but you will get the opportunity to do the tour any other day as scheduled with no extra charge. * Cancellations made one day before the tour, get no refund at all.
